    Rencontrez l'équipe IDEA Lab ! Dr. Mehul Jariwala Pediatric Rheumatologist Dr. Jariwala is Head of the Division of Rheumatology, University of Saskatchewan, and The Saskatchewan Health Authority. He provides expert care to Saskatchewan children with rheumatic diseases and is a dedicated educator. Dr. Jariwala is a visionary researcher, leading and participating in numerous projects. Dr. Tristan Kerr Pediatric Rheumatologist Dr. Kerr is a pediatric rheumatologist in the Division of Rheumatology, University of Saskatchewan/ Saskatchewan Health Authority. He is dedicated to providing care for his patients, teaching the next generation of care providers, and through his research, will help ensure equitable access to care for all patients. Dr. Kate Neufeld Pediatric Rheumatologist Dr. Neufeld is a pediatric rheumatologist in the Division of Rheumatology, University of Saskatchewan/Saskatchewan Health Authority. She provides specialist care to children and their families with rheumatic diseases in Saskatchewan. She is a dedicated educator to medical learners of all levels, and is advancing knowledge through her novel research projects. Dr. Alan Rosenberg Pediatric Rheumatologist Dr. Rosenberg is a pediatric rheumatologist and Director of Research, Division of Rheumatology, Department of Pediatrics, University of Saskatchewan. He established the Saskatchewan pediatric rheumatology patient care, teaching, and research programs in 1981. Joan Dietz Research Nurse Joan is the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology's Research Nurse Coordinator. With her vast experience, Joan helps coordinate and conduct the many research projects in the Pediatric Rheumatology Research IDEA Lab. Md. Fahmid Islam Research Officer Fahmid is the IDEA Lab's Research Officer. He provides administrative support for the laboratory and coordinates and conducts laboratory-based experiments. He contributes to data analysis and interpretation and prepares materials for publication. Leah Samson Advanced Care Practitioner in Arthritis Care Leah, who has many years of nursing experience and a background in kinesiology, provides comprehensive care for Saskatchewan children with rheumatic diseases. Leah was the first pediatric rheumatology nurse to attain training and qualifications as an Advanced Care Practitioner in Arthritis Care. Kimber Nesbitt Clinic Nurse Kimber, a nurse in our Division of Pediatric Rheumatology, is actively involved in providing clinical care and education for children, teens, and families in Saskatchewan who are affected by a rheumatic disease. Anne Sperling Research Nurse Anne is a clinical research nurse who contributes to IDEA Lab projects by assisting investigators in conducting studies and guiding children and families when they are research participants. Kristy Lang Administrative Coordinator Kristy is the Division of Rheumatology's Administrative Coordinator. Kristy assists in organizing and recording IDEA Lab team meetings and scheduling and coordinating visits for research study participants. Trent Kehrig Consumer Partner Trent is a university student who has experience with child- and adolescent-related rheumatic diseases. Trent brings a unique perspective that helps guide and inspire innovative research activities. Emma Linsley Consumer Partner Emma is a recent biomedical science graduate. She has lived experience with childhood arthritis and has been an active participant and advisor for an array of research-related activities. Emma provides important guidance for the IDEA Lab's research and communication strategies. Heather Wiebe Consumer Partner Heather, who has lived experiences with childhood arthritis, is a powerful advocate for increasing awareness of childhood arthritis and ensuring that research activities and results are relevant and effectively communicated to end-users and supporters. Becki Zerr Consumer Partner With her lived experiences with rheumatic diseases, her nursing background, and her professional communication expertise, Becki brings a unique set of skills that are inspiring and guiding the IDEA Lab's research activities and knowledge mobilization initiatives. Yara Al Horoub Student Research Assistant Yara is a medical student at the University of Saskatchewan. She prepares, maintains and updates the social media pages, and the IDEA lab website. She also contributes to various IDEA lab projects.
